Arrival policy+
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to enjoy our curated tea blend and settle into your ritual. If you're running late, a quick text is always appreciated.
Cancellation & rescheduling+
We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations or reschedules to avoid a 50% service fee. No-shows are charged in full.
New guests+
All new guests begin with a complimentary 20-minute consultation — either in-studio or as part of your first appointment. We'll discuss history, texture, tone, and what a realistic maintenance rhythm looks like for you.
Finding the studio+
We're located at 412 Silver Ave SW in Downtown Albuquerque. Free parking is available in the rear lot behind the terra-cotta arch.
Payment & gratuity+
We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, and cash. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated — 18–22% is standard if you'd like to.
Children & guests+
To preserve the calm of the studio, we ask that guests not bring additional company or children to their appointment when possible.
Products we use+
We work with small-batch and independently owned lines — Oway, Davines, and Rahua among them. Everything is available for retail after your service.
Refunds+
We don't offer refunds on services, but if something isn't quite right, please reach out within 7 days and we'll make it right at no additional cost.
