Cancellation & rescheduling+
We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations or reschedules to avoid a 50% service fee. No-shows are charged in full.
New guests+
Every service includes a complimentary consultation so we can understand your hair, your goals, and what a realistic maintenance rhythm looks like for you. New color guests may need a consultation before booking — available in person or virtually.
Finding the studio+
We're located at 2011 Central Ave NW in Albuquerque, NM. Onsite parking is available, including parking in the back of the building. Enter through the rear lot behind the terra-cotta arch.
Payment+
We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, and cash.
Products we use+
We carry high-performance, professional-grade lines — Paul Mitchell, Goldwell, Color Wow, and Kenra. Everything is available for retail after your service.
Refunds+
We don't offer refunds on services, but if something isn't quite right, please reach out within 7 days and we'll make it right at no additional cost.
